One big frustration is that to save a Word document while typing a document takes many steps and your eye off the ball. First your eye has to move up the screen to locate the Microsoft Button on the Quick Assess Toolbar, then click the icon to display the dropdown menu, then scroll your eye and curser arrow down to find the “Save” or “Save as” link and then click.
How many times have you done this and lose your train of thought or a good idea that is totally lost in those few seconds of distractions?
Here is the Solution:
Follow this simple step without having to take your fingers off the keyboard or click the mouse…
FOR PC: Hit the “CTRL” and S keys in that order and your document is automatically saved!
FOR MAC: Hit the “Command/CMD” and S keys in that order and your document is automatically saved!
